Common questions

How long does shipping take? Paperbacks print and ship from the United States in 5-7 business days. Digital editions are delivered instantly by email after purchase.

Can I return a journal? Paperbacks have a 30-day return policy. Digital downloads are non-refundable due to instant delivery, but if you have an issue with the file please email us and we will make it right.

Do you ship internationally? Not yet. We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is on our roadmap.

Will there be more journals? Yes. A mental health journal, couples journal, and pet legacy journal are coming. Subscribe to our newsletter on the homepage to be notified at launch.
